Basic Foodie is not just another successful bakery brand, it is a unique concept of an artisan rustic bakery, with an awesome coffee and drink experience, and a super cool ambiance. 

The products are made in a traditional way, without cutting corners, carefully taking care of every single detail in their preparation.  We use natural, wholesome, organic, vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based ingredients without additives, artificial ingredients, trans fat.  We use stone ground flours, sea salt, and the authentic original sourdough starter dough.  

Our business model is well adapted to different storefronts, premises, dimensions, places, contexts and markets.  We have custom solutions for all of our partners, including full training, location selection, design, and product adaptation to the local context and customer base, always maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and products.  Our executives have the expertise needed for helping them succeed, and include industry leaders recipients of prestigious international awards such as the “Grand Prix” by France’s National Culinary Academy, and “the International Lamp of Knowledge Award” by the American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Institute.
